By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my terms of service, so please read them thoroughly.

General information:- I have the right to decline a commission if I feel uncomfortable working on it.- Please provide a clear reference of your character, preferably unshaded and digital. Traditional references are fine but including a digital palette would be greatly appreciated.- Prices may raise depending on the complexity of the commission.- I can use other styles that I've created before instead of the ones in the examples, just let me know! But please note that prices for these may be different than my regular commissions.- If interested in commissioning me, you can message me through Discord, DeviantArt, Instagram, Twitter, Toyhou.se, and Email ([email protected]). Please use the form found at the bottom of the TOS, this helps understand your commission more and avoid forgetting details. (Google Forms coming soon).- You will only be receiving the .PNG file. No physical item will be shipped to you.- You can order as many commissions as you'd like, but I can only draw up to 4 characters in one artwork.- For DA users, I will send the high resolution file through notes. For other sites, I will send them through email.- A high quality, unwatermarked version will be provided. Please DO NOT re-upload the unwatermarked version anywhere, including Toyhou.se. If you must upload it for back up purposes, please keep it hidden.Payment method:$1 USD = 100 DA points- I only accept payments through DeviantArt points, PayPal (USD), Maya or GCash (PHP).
*I only accept USD for PayPal payments. Please don't convert it to PHP.- DA points must be sent through the commission widget in the shop tab of my page. Please do not send them through gift unless stated otherwise.- Payment must be sent upfront. I'll only start working once I've received the payment.WIPs & Fixes:- Please be sure to include everything you'd like on the form or discuss what you'd like for the commission with me before paying.- I will be providing sketch and flat color WIPs for approval for all commissions. I will not be progressing any further with a commission until the WIPs have been approved.- Minor edits are free but major edits (entire pose change, character change, etc.) can be done up to 5 times during the sketching process. More than that will cost extra. I can provide rough sketches if you're undecided on a pose/expression.- During the line art, coloring, and shading, I will only do edits if it's a mistake on my part. If you redesigned the character during this period or forgot a major detail about the character, I won't be able to do any changes.Turnaround time:- Commissions can take between a week to 3 months to finish depending on the complexity of the commission and my current workload. Estimated start and finish dates are listed on my Trello, but please note that these can change due to emergencies, power outages, fixes, etc.- For commissions with a deadline, please let me know at least a week before. Rush orders will either be declined or cost extra, depending on the complexity of the character, commission type, and the amount of time I have to do it.Use of artwork:- I maintain the right to use the artwork as an example for commissions, use them for my portfolio, and post them online.- You're allowed to re-upload the art as long as it still has the watermark and I'm credited. Please do not claim them as your own.- Feel free to print the artwork as stickers, on a shirt, use as wallpaper, profile picture, etc. as long as it's for personal use. You're not allowed to use it for profit.- There will be an extra charge if you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes.- You're NOT allowed to use my artwork for AI or NFT purposes.Refunds:- Refunds will be given if I'm no longer able to finish your commission. The amount will depend on how much of the art I've already finished. Commission prices

- Prices are per character. Additional characters in the same illustration cost the same, however, it'll cost less if the additional character isn't fully shown/covered partly by the other character (this is only for chibis and fullbodies).- Default background will be transparent except for sketches, which will have white or any solid color background.- The prices may increase depending on the character's complexity.- Small props in few quantities are free, but small props in bigger quantities as well as bigger and complex props cost extra.
